Theres some powerful stuff happening here, but it feels unwieldy

The card itself represents Otaria, the continent on Dominaria that was the setting for Onslaught (and Odyssey )

Then put any number of land cards from among them onto the battlefield tapped and the rest into your graveyard. In other words, if you swing with N' Birds, you get to dig N cards deep , draw your best find, dump any lands from those into play tapped (ramping you), and toss the remainder to the grave (fueling future recursion)

Switching from prison pieces to combo pieces means you deny opponents the chance to come back, but the prison decks are more flexible in putting together a win and can ride a single turn-one spell to victory
